Kick Start Klothing Now in Stores!

We are proud to announce our kid's clothing line Kick Start Klothing! And you can order them here or see them at the new store Rebels in Shirts Vixens in Skirts on East Lake in Watsonville.

This line represents all that we are about - kick starting the new generation into the old car and bike scene. Raising them to appreciate the workmaship and handcrafting that is custom car, truck, and bike building. Keeping them from sitting in front of the TV and off the phone - handing them a wrench and teacing them the dying art of creating with your hands.

A little history...

My husband and I have loved the custom car and bike scene for as long as I can remember - Dan was given an ol chevy pick up from his great-grandpa in his early teens then he purchased a '63 Nova at 15 and it progressed from then to '56 sportster, '60 pan/shovel and '55 chevy pickup. As for me, my dad and brothers were always working on something and I grew up looking at pictures of my dad in '62 Nova and listening to stories about their late night drives to Reno to cruise the strip.

Car Show Trips: Santa Maria, Ca 2010

5:00 a.m. Saturday morning: the pick ups packed, coffee in hand, kids loaded up, we're ready to go! our friend's 64' Impala leads the pack, 52' Chevy, 71' Dodge pick up, 72' Impala, and our 55' freshly chopped pick up pulling up the rear.
